required. We will despatch your parcel the same day to
arrive with you within 2 – 3 working days (orders placed
after 1pm Friday or over the weekend will be despatched the next
working day). Please note that
personalised and direct despatch items cannot be sent by this
delivery method.
next day delivery - £7.95
order by 1pm
on Monday 6th September for delivery by 5pm
Tuesday 7th September; otherwise Wednesday 8th

delivery to the uk
Delivery dates shown are for mainland
addresses and should only be used as a guide. They are
updated daily and are pretty accurate for most parts of the country
but if you live in a remote area or in the Highlands or
Ireland please allow at least an extra working day.
Working days are Monday to Friday
(excluding Bank Holidays).
collections
If you live locally and would like to collect your order from us
please call beforehand to ensure your order is ready and no charge
will be made. Please allow two working days for your order to be
processed.
helium
gas
Orders containing helium gas are delivered by courier. Please
choose either the next day or express delivery option. (Some
delivery restrictions apply please contact Customer Services for
details 01635 201844).
delivery to overseas addresses
Guide prices are for
a typical 3.5 kg parcel. When placing your order please assume you
will be charged according to this table:

parcel weight is heavier than 3.5kg you will be contacted and
advised of any additional charge prior to dispatch. Please note we
require a reply within 10 working days, if after this we have not
heard from you, we will assume the items are no longer required and
will arrange for the order to be cancelled.
