We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with any of the goods you purchase please return them within 28 days and we will refund you in full. 

To help you with planning for your party we can send you our printed catalogue about a month before your child's birthday. To make use of this service please add your children's dates of birth to our Birthday List. See catalogue request.

All Party Pieces purchases take place in a safe environment using the latest SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology and a Secure Server.  Your payment details are held in an encrypted format until we process your order.  When you place your online order your credit card isn't debited until after we retrieve the order and process it through our own computers which are not connected to the internet.  Only when your order is packed ready for despatch and in most cases actually sent will we debit your card through our normal banking arrangements. 

All the toys selected in the Party Pieces on-line catalogue comply with the European Toy Safety Regulations and bear the CE mark and age guides where appropriate. Please retain any packaging for future reference. Adults should inflate balloons and supervise their use with children under 8 years.

Whilst every care has been taken these and other edible products may contain traces of nut.

Your email address and children’s dates of birth will never be disclosed to anyone outside Party Pieces.  The same applies to your telephone number although with your permission this may be printed on the delivery label of your parcel to help the courier in delivering to you.
